Singapore PR Application Agency Fees & Pricing

The total cost has two components: ICA’s government application fee of $100 per applicant (non-refundable), and the optional agency service fee if you choose professional assistance. Our agency fees range from $1,500 (Essential) to $4,000 (Premium). If you apply independently, the only cost is the $100 government fee. Upon PR approval, there is an additional $50 Entry Permit fee per applicant.

The $100 government fee covers ICA’s processing of your PR application. It is payable per applicant (so a family of four pays $400). This fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome. It does not include any professional services, document review, or cover letter writing — those are agency-provided services.

Our Premium package ($4,000) includes a money-back guarantee. If your PR application is not approved within the agreed application rounds (typically up to 2 attempts), we refund the full agency service fee. Terms: the guarantee applies only to the Premium package, requires the client to provide all requested documents within agreed timelines, and covers applications filed and managed entirely by our agency. The ICA government fee is non-refundable by ICA and is not included in our guarantee.

Yes, you can upgrade from Essential to Professional or from Professional to Premium at any time before your application is submitted. You only pay the difference between the packages. After submission, upgrades are limited to post-submission services like appeal support.

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans for all packages. Typically, payment is split into two instalments: 50% upon signing the engagement letter and 50% upon application submission. For the Premium package, we also offer a 3-instalment plan. No interest or additional fees are charged for payment plans.
