1. Services

Singapore PR Agency provides immigration consultancy services including Singapore Permanent Residency application preparation, document review, cover letter writing, application filing, and appeal support. Our services are advisory in nature — we do not guarantee the outcome of any immigration application as all decisions are made solely by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA).

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we strive to maximise the chances of a successful PR application, we cannot and do not guarantee approval. ICA has sole discretion over all PR application decisions. Our approval rate statistics are based on historical data and do not constitute a guarantee for individual cases.

3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information and documents
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documents
• Not submit false or misleading information to ICA
• Pay agreed fees according to the payment schedule
• Inform us of any changes to your circumstances during the application process

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are as quoted during consultation and detailed in the service agreement. Government fees (ICA application fee, Entry Permit fee, IC fee) are payable directly to ICA and are not included in our service fees unless explicitly stated. Fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced, except as specified in our money-back guarantee terms for eligible packages.

5. Money-Back Guarantee

Our money-back guarantee applies only to the Premium package and is subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the service agreement. The guarantee covers a partial refund of agency fees if the PR application is rejected. It does not cover government fees, which are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, guides, tools, and design — is the intellectual property of Singapore PR Agency. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Singapore PR Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
